Okay, so… people tell us all the time that our Cookie Cart has the best cookies in Roswell, GA (which is the highest compliment, honestly 🥹)… but right behind that, we get this question:
“Wait, where are you guys? And how do I actually get cookies?”
In this post, we’re walking you through the ins and outs of shopping at the Mind Your Biscuits Bakeshop’s Cookie Cart, a fun roadside bakery in Roswell, GA. We’ll answer the most common questions we get and I’ll also tell you how to make sure you never miss your favorite flavors (and yes… there’s a little discount waiting for you, too 😉).

But first, what even is the Cookie Cart?
Mind Your Biscuits is our mother-daughter cottage bakery (hi, it’s Jenn + my girls Alex and Emma 👋). We pop up at a few farmers’ markets around town throughout the year, and the Cookie Cart is the girls’ little roadside setup here in Roswell, GA, where we sell everything fresh out of the oven.
What started in our kitchen has grown into something we get to share with our community, and the Cookie Cart is one of our favorite ways to do just that. It’s meant to feel easy, welcoming, and a little nostalgic.
Think: really good cookies, a relaxed setup, and a lot of fun!
1. “When are you open?”
I wish I could say “every Saturday at 9” and call it a day—but we’re not quite there yet.
Right now, we’re usually open two weekends a month, May to October, from 9 AM – 1 PM, plus the Milton Farmers Market and a few pop-ups around town. We’re working toward more consistency for Spring and Summer 2026, but for now, the schedule moves a little based on sports, school, and work.
So, here’s the honest answer:
If you want to know when we’re open, you need to be on our email list or following along on social. That’s where we share everything first—dates, times, menus, all of it.
And when you come? You’ll usually find five cookie flavors (they rotate with the seasons), plus scones and a few extra treats. It’s intentionally simple so you can walk up, grab something, and be on your way. Our menu is always changing at the Cookie Cart, but here’s a glimpse of what we usually offer at Mind Your Biscuits Bakeshop.
This summer, we’re expanding things a bit and will be adding sourdough and some gluten-friendly options to the cart, which I’m really excited about. Want more details? Check out everything we’ve been working on for 2026 here.

2. “Where do I go… and is parking weird?”
Not weird. Promise.
We’re set up at the corner of Etris and Cagle Road (behind the castle, IYKYK) in Roswell, GA.
I’m still a little weirded out sharing our exact address with the entire internet, but feel free to email or DM, and I’ll drop you a pin if needed! Look for the bubble machine, a little white dog, an overly enthusiastic doodle, and two little girls jumping up and down.
A lot of our customers swing by on foot, as Etris Road has plenty of sidewalks. People will walk over in the morning, dogs in tow (yes, we have treats for them), kids still in pajamas, and just grab something warm to start the day.
Want to drive? Parking is super easy. We’re on a large lot and you can pull into the driveway or park in the grass on the road. No overthinking required.

Bonus Question: What’s with the Alpharetta address on your website? Can we get cookies there? Answer: That’s just our mailing address for boring business correspondence (and another manifestation of internet privacy concerns), and sadly, a cookieless place.
3. “What if I don’t have cash?”
You’re good—we made this as easy as possible.
We take cash, card, Apple Pay, Venmo… whatever you’ve got. There are QR codes right on the cart, so if you’re a “scan and go” person, it takes two seconds.
Out and about and without your wallet? We also operate on the honor system. Grab your goodies and a pay-later card to Venmo us when you get home.
4. “Okay, but what if the Cookie Cart sells out?”
Ahhh, yes. This is the one.
If you’ve ever shown up somewhere and they’re out of the one thing you wanted… you already know why I’m about to say:
👉 You want to pre-order.
We use Hot Plate for online pre-orders, and it’s honestly the best way to shop with us if you don’t want to risk missing out. Best part about Hot Plate? We often offer additional items like bagels, scones, cinnamon rolls and a variety of sourdough loaves!
Here’s how it usually works: we open ordering about a week before the cart opens (typically on Sunday, called a “drop”), and we close it Wednesday night. That timing is mostly because of sourdough—it just takes time, and there’s no rushing it.
When you’re subscribed, you’ll get a text when the menu drops, another reminder before it closes, and then an order pickup reminder so you don’t forget.
Then on cart day, your order is just… there. Waiting for you. Alex will have it set aside, and you can grab it and go.
We do bake extras (and we’re adding more this summer with a new baker’s rack), but if you want something specific—or a larger quantity—pre-ordering is the move.
Also, little welcome gift from us:
Use code WELCOME10 for 10% off your first Hot Plate order.

5. “How can I support you guys?”
Honestly? You probably already are just by being here.
But if you come by the cart and love what you get, the best thing you can do is share it. Tag us on social @mindyourbiscuitsbakeshop, tell a friend, leave a review—those things matter so much for a small business like ours.
A huge part of how we’ve grown has just been people saying, “you have to try this,” and that’s never lost on us.
So now you know everything about the Cookie Cart. 😊
You know where to find us (check social or subscribe to our newsletter), how it works, what to expect, and how to make sure you actually get the cookies you want by pre-ordering online.
No guessing, no showing up too late—just a really good, really easy experience. We hope to see you soon! Still have questions? Here are the answers to Mind Your Biscuit Bakeshop’s most commonly asked questions.
One last thing (don’t skip this)… if you’re still scratching your head about Hot Plate and pre-ordering… Check out our step-by-step walkthrough here.
