We typically bake once a week and open porch pick up pre-orders midweek through our Hot Plate Drop List. You can also stay updated by following @mindyourbiscuitsbakeshop on social.

What is Hot Plate?

It’s our weekly pre-order system—sign up for alerts and order ahead. All orders must be paid in advance.

Can I purchase items the day of?

Yes! We usually have a few extra items available at pickup.


What payment forms do you take?

Hot Plate accepts credit, debit, and Apple Pay. At pickup, we also take cash, card, or Venmo.

What if I can’t make my pickup time?

Please see our Pickup & Cancellation Policies for details.

What is a Cottage Food License?

It means we’re approved to bake from home—fully licensed, insured, and food safety certified.


Do you attend Farmers Markets?

Not yet—but maybe in the future!
