Late Pickup:
If a customer fails to pick up their bakery order within the specified pickup time, we will promptly notify them using the contact information provided during the order placement. Customers who anticipate being unable to pick up their order on time should contact us in advance to request an extension. We will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as our capacity, product freshness, and other customer orders. A grace period may be provided to accommodate unforeseen delays. The duration of the grace period will be communicated to the customer. If a customer fails to pick up their order without prior notice or arrangement and does not respond to our notifications within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to dispose of the order. Disposal may involve discarding the products and no refund will be provided.

Payment Policy:
To ensure product availability and manage our resources efficiently, all bakery pre-orders and most custom orders require full payment at the time of ordering. For certain larger custom orders, a deposit may be accepted in lieu of full payment. If a deposit is required, the amount and terms will be clearly communicated at the time of order placement. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to order confirmation. The customer is responsible for paying the remaining balance before or at the time of pickup. or delivery.

Cancellations:
At Mind Your Biscuits Bakeshop, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the small-batch nature of our weekly pre-orders, cancellations are not available within 48 hours of your scheduled pickup. This policy allows us to plan production accurately and reduce unnecessary waste. For custom orders, once final confirmation has been made the week of your event, cancellations are no longer permitted. We will always do our best to accommodate unexpected changes, but we cannot guarantee exceptions to this policy.To request a cancellation prior to these cutoffs, please contact us directly via email or the method used to place your order. Be sure to include your order number, date of order, and reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy:
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to the following guidelines:
  • Cancellation within the specified cancellation period: If a customer cancels their order within the designated cancellation period, a full refund of any deposit or payment made will be issued using the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, please allow 5-10 business for the refund to be processed.
  • Cancellation outside the specified cancellation period: If a customer cancels their order outside the designated cancellation period, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Mind Your Biscuits Bakeshop. Depending on the circumstances, a partial refund or credit toward future orders may be provided.

Order Changes:
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the stage of preparation and availability of ingredients. Changes to orders may impact the total order cost and require adjustment of any deposit or payment made.

Porch Pick Up Policy:
All orders from Mind Your Biscuits Bakeshop are fulfilled through designated porch pickup at our licensed home bakery in Roswell, Georgia. The exact pickup address will be provided upon confirmation of your order. Customers are expected to arrive within their assigned pickup window to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Each order will be clearly labeled with the customer’s name and placed in the designated pickup area. The pickup area is monitored by video device. Please only take the item labeled with your name.

If there are any issues with your order upon pickup, please contact us promptly. For the quickest response, you can reply directly to your Hot Plate text or notification. As this is our family’s private residence, we kindly ask that you do not ring the doorbell or knock on the door unless directed. Mind Your Biscuits Bakeshop is not responsible for orders not picked up within the scheduled time frame.

Day-of purchases may be available and are offered on the honor system. Instructions for payment will be clearly posted via signage, QR codes, or a secure cash box. 

Food Safety Policy:
At Mind Your Biscuits Bakeshop, we are committed to ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in our operations. We comply with all applicable local health department regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant laws or guidelines related to food handling and preparation.

Allergen Policy:
We recognize the importance of allergen awareness and the need to provide accurate information to our customers. We maintain a comprehensive list of ingredients used in our baked goods, including potential allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, and others. All products containing common allergens will be clearly labeled with the specific allergen information, either on the packaging or accompanying materials. We do our best to implement measures to minimize the risk of cross-contamination between allergen-free products and those containing allergens, however, cross-contamination is always a possibility. We encourage customers with food allergies to contact us directly for detailed information about the ingredients used in our products. We will promptly respond to inquiries and provide the necessary allergen information to the best of our knowledge.

Right to Refuse Service:
Mind Your Biscuits Bakeshop is a family-operated business, and we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful environment for our customers and family. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in inappropriate, harassing, threatening, or disrespectful behavior, either in person or through communication channels. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our home and the well-being of our team.
